Well, the world&#8217;s getting there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now (or when it&#8217;s safer post Covid) visit a REAL PURPLE ISLAND. Welcome to Banwol Island, South Korea.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"863\" height=\"823\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thepurplestore.com\/wordpress_files_and_purple_monkeys\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Purple-Island-sidewalk-South-Korea-The-Purple-Store.jpg\" alt=\"Purple Island Purple Sidewalk\" class=\"wp-image-1555\"\/><figcaption>Follow the Purple Brick Road<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Home to only 150 residents, this island community sports 400 vibrantly purple rooftops, 230,000 acres of lavender, 30,000 purple wildflowers, and a picture-worthy purple bridge connecting it to its island neighbor.
