E-mail spam filters can sometimes screen out messages from new addresses. Sometimes we write back to customers and the message gets filtered and we hear from them again wondering why we didn't write back! We would love to be able to help, so please either add relevant e-mail address(es) to your e-mail's accepted addresses "white list" or keep an eye on your junk mail folder just in case!

If you use a mail program on your computer, such as Mac Mail or Outlook, you can just click the e-mail address and it will open a new mail message to us.
Customer Service, Order Questions or Issues
To track an order or contact the seller shipping your order, please check the information you received at checkout. Some items ship via a supplier, such as Amazon. For these items, we do not have access to your order number or status if it did not ship directly from us. If you have any unresolved issues after reading the order confirmation message, we want to hear from you and help. For items that we ship directly, you should receive an "order shipped" or other message within 24-48 hours of placing your order. If there are unresolved issues, please send us details of what you ordered, when, and what's happening.

Since most of our customers e-mail, we keep prices down by not having extra staff trained and waiting for the few phone calls we'd get. If you need to talk to us by phone, we ARE quite happy to call you.
