This blown-glass decorative bowl, reminiscent of an overturned summer hat, is purple and translucent, handcrafted in the USA by Eickholt Glass Studio. The air twist technique was first made popular in the late 1700s; it twists and elongates natural air bubbles in the blown glass into make hollow spirals within the finished piece.
