Savannah, age 13: “Dad liked purple before it was cool.”
Her sister Summer, age 9: “Seriously, Savannah, purple has always been cool.”
The nine-year-old then bought two bow ties.
Mom: “What are you going to get bow ties for?”
Summer, eyes wide: “I LIKE bow ties!”
